i'm so glad that i worked at Watsons Your Person Care Store Sdn Bhd Headquarter as Finance Internship Officer...
well, there are a lot of team in Finance Department...
i'm under Accounts Sales Team with my team mates, Evelyn, Emily, Fatimah later on with newcomer Adeline...
working time from 8.3am till 6pm while have one hour for lunch from 12.30pm-1.30pm...
is quite convenience to work since is located nearby Pavillion...
if not because of the monorail, i think i would love to work at there...
i doesn't know how to gets into monorail n how to gets out from the monorail as i always being PUSH n PULL out by the peoples...
well, every morning i came to work by my dad's car after having breakfast with Dad at Pudu... is like HELL~ i had to awake 5.30am to avoid traffic jam~
but never came late to work... yeah~
sometimes i worked late due to computer hanging, a lot of work... but mostly i back on 6.30pm with Eve (same LRT station)...
luckily i had a few of schoolmates from UCSI working same company with me... Eve n Shawn...
Eve work at Buying Department meanwhile Shawn work same department with me but different team~
btw, Eve worked at 20th floor, but me n Shawn worked at 19th floor...
different floor have different environment...
me n Shawn feels lucky that work at 19th floor, coz the people in my department are so nice n warm environment...
all the senior treat, teaches us very well..
almost every 4.30pm, our department will have a short break n having foods.. sometimes D.Co. Donut, cakes, snack n many others...
CFO even treat us with her souvenir from Japan... Japanese Chocolate Omochi~ is so so so delicious~
talk about my work...
i'm as Finance Internship Officer under Accounts Sales Team...
my work is related with receiving $$$... which more connected with bank or store around Malaysia~
learn a lot of things especially about banks stuff...
sometimes is really torturing me because of the number~ 0_0
well, my works is really fun because i learned a lot~
but is also have panic times during closing date... a conclude for a month... because there are many banks in company, many accounts, when doing closing, we have to separate into different journal~
phew~ 1st times is really make me feels scared...
but luckily i have 2nd chances to do closing~ n is getting better that what i expect...
because i'm glad i could help my team~ i doesn't wanted bring burden to my team~
basically, almost every week i'm having same job~
Monday, check the works where i'm not completed (is most free day)
Tuesday, all the store around Malaysia (250+ store) will send their invoice+packing to HQ... i need to open those packing and check... but i will start doing after 4pm because Shawn will check the packing 1st before handed to me... (this called TEAMWORK in Watsons)
Wednesday, my busy day... need to open all the packing...
Thursday, continue open the packing...
Friday, continue open the packing and check all the bank stuff...
everyday i will update bank stuff and communicate with the Store Manager...
mostly will email then will make a call~
i should thanks to my previous job as Customer Service so i can communicate with the Store Manager with less problem~
some of the Store Manager is very polite n good manner, a few of them praise me with my polite manner, n a few of them having chit-chat with me but too bad, i'm too busy with my work for handling 250+ stores~
Luckily met with my secondary classmate who also worked nearby that area-Vonny~
just same monorail for two station but sometimes we took more than 2 stations to reach destination to prevent people jam~ wuahaha... xD wat a brillant idea... ^^
the most scary part is cross the road in my working place...
oh gosh~ is really scary since there are really really many carS~
well, as i said, my colleagues were treat us well...
even though me n Shawn were just temporary worker there for two months, but they warm welcoming and gave us gifts, such as Christmas 3D card n sweet, chocolate~
is my 1st time ever had a Christmas 3D card... 0_0 Thank You Jayne~
as conclude, i do love my internship work...
is fun, crazy, nice, lovely~
what's the most lovely part is my friend Eve had his boyfriend which is my colleague in IT dept... i'm the 1st person knew their relationship... wuahahaha ^^

Last but not least, my work as Finance Internship Officer had ended on 30th of Dec 2010 due to 31st Dec 2010 had a sudden holiday~
causes me had to rush all my work n done it on 30th of Dec 2010...
